The Philadelphia Apartment Company Inc., founded in 2004, is Philadelphia's premier rental company. We offer a wide range of services including "no-fee" brokerage for renters, tenant acquisition for multi-unit and management company owners, and OutSource Leasing for developers.

For our renters, we offer a COMPLETELY FREE rental search service. Unlike other companies that offer outdated lists and static web sites, we offer access to personal rental specialists who will do all this and more:
